Guide to help you cancel the STELPAY subscription
Everything you need in order to cancel the subscription is on the STELPAY homepage.
There you will find various forms that you can use to login into your client account.
To log in to your client account you will be using the “MANAGE/STOP YOUR SUBSCRIPTION” form.
As you can see, there are two ways to log in. We will be talking about both of those options so just pick the one you prefer.
The first option you have is to log in to your account with your email address and the password that was sent to your email when you purchased the subscription.
If you don’t remember the password or can’t find it in your email, you can use the “STOP MY MEMBERSHIP” form to have it sent to you again.
Be sure to always check the spam folder. Sometimes these types of emails can end up there.
The second option to log in is to use the numbers of the credit card you used to acquire the subscription.
You only need to use the first 6 and the last 4 numbers of the credit card.
After you log in, you will be redirected to your customer account page. Here you will be able to see all the active and expired subscriptions.
To cancel a subscription simply click the button that says “Terminate”.
Once you terminate a subscription, you receive an email to confirm that the subscription was indeed canceled.
Be sure to hold on to this email just in case you need it in the future.
