There are several ways to cancel a subscription on the KoalPay website.
All of them require access to your customer account. Everything you need to do this is available on the KoalPay homepage (see the image below).
As you can see, you can log into a customer account using an e-mail and password or by entering the numbers of the credit card used to make the purchase.
To help you make the cancellation, we now provide you with a guide on how to do this using both methods mentioned above.
How to cancel a KoalPay subscription by logging in with email and password
On the homepage, you will find a form called “MANAGE, STOP OR CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION”.
You will need this form to access your customer account. To do so, simply enter the e-mail you used to create the account and your password.
If you do not remember your login credentials, please check your e-mail. This information was sent to your e-mail address when the account was created.
If you still can’t find the information and can’t remember your password, there is a form at the top right of the homepage that you can use to retrieve your login credentials.
This form is called “CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION” and all you have to do is enter your email address and KoalPay will send you another email with all the information you need to log in.
Once you have everything you need, log in to your customer account. After doing so, you will be redirected to a page that will show all your active and inactive subscriptions.
To cancel the one you no longer want, click on the “Terminate” button located below the subscription.
After doing so, your subscription will be automatically canceled and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
We recommend that you keep this e-mail in case you need it in the future.
How to cancel a KoalPay subscription by logging in with a credit card number
To log in with a credit card, you will use the same form as in the previous method.
This form is called “MANAGE, STOP OR CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION” and can be found on the homepage.
Simply use the first 6 and last 4 numbers of the credit card used for the purchase.
Once you have logged into your customer account, you will be redirected to a page containing all your active and inactive subscriptions.
To cancel a subscription, simply click on the “Terminate” link below the subscription.
As mentioned above, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your subscription has been canceled. Keep this e-mail in case you need it in the future.
Your subscription has been canceled and any future charges by KoalPay have been canceled.
